Buzhala WEB is built on real experience – not theory.

For years, we have been working with computers, networks, and real systems, solving problems that are often overlooked or unnecessarily overcomplicated. Our approach is simple: understand the problem quickly and deliver a solution that works.

We do not focus on big words or temporary trends. Our focus is on stability, control, and functionality – whether in system configuration, performance optimization, or the implementation of new solutions such as AI.

Every project is handled in a practical way, based on logic and real experience, not assumptions.

In a time where many things appear complex without actually being so, we make them clear and functional.

How we started

Our passion for technology began around the year 2000, at a time when everything was more manual and required a lot of experimentation. Since then, the focus has always been on deeply understanding systems, not just using them.

Intensive engagement started in 2007 with the establishment of ITS Vitech (today Buzhala WEB), mainly in Klinë, Kosovo.

Our beginnings have been in computer and peripheral device servicing, both hardware and software. That period was very important, and we are proud of the results and the trust we built with our clients.

Over time, we expanded our activities into other areas of information technology, especially local networks and internet infrastructure. We carried out physical installations, configurations, and network optimizations, always adapting to the real needs of clients.

Practical experience with operating systems, different software, and network infrastructure gave us a strong foundation to explore new fields.

Seeing the continuous evolution of technology and the need for transformation, after 2012 we also started focusing on web development. Initially with WordPress, and later with servers, configurations, and more advanced services.

This development has continued naturally into our current direction, where practical experience and a real-world problem-solving approach remain the core of every service we provide.
